If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return them to us within 30 days. The return item has to be unused with invoice and Return Sheet marked return reasons. We refund you only the merchandise cost, and you paid both way shipping fee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase in color, size etc. you can return them for exchange. For easy processing and inventory availability, when you make return, you have to place new order for Exchanging item first. After returned items received, refund will be made to you for merchandise cost only. You have to pay all ways shipping fee.
If your purchase item is defects, or wrong size, color etc. you have to report to us in 15 days after you received. Please provide clear pictures and description. Once we confirm, we will tell you send us the item back or not, and we will refund your full amount or send you a replace item.
